With deep roots in the Limarí Valley and more than six decades of agricultural tradition, the Morgado Rojas family brought Qori to life as a project that merges origin, passion, and excellence.
What began with the vision of Danilo and Carmen at Agrícola Santa Carmen continued with the drive of a new generation, who found in the olive tree a natural expression of the land, climate, and Mediterranean culture.
From the outset, the objective was clear: to produce an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, combining privileged natural conditions, technology, and expertise.

The organic waste from the extraction process is valued by being returned to the soil as a source of organic matter.

We use olive pits as a natural fuel to produce thermal energy.

Through the use of photovoltaic panels, we leverage solar energy to power our processes sustainably.
Qori originates in the Limarí Valley, an environment with a semi-desert climate, water from the Andes Mountains, and natural conditions that allow the fruit to be harvested at its optimal ripeness.

The process takes place at the source, under direct control and in conditions designed to safeguard the quality of the oil.

The fruit is harvested and processed in no more than 4 hours to better preserve its freshness, character, and expression.

Timely filtering helps preserve the qualities of the fresh fruit from the very first moment.

Arbequina, Arbosana, and Coratina. A medium-fruity blend that provides a balanced bitterness and spiciness.

Medium fruity, with a balance between bitterness and spiciness. It presents notes of apple, freshly cut grass, and green almond.
